VEHICLE DROP-OFF POLICY

1.Appointment Scheduling
All vehicle drop-offs must be scheduled in advance. Appointments can be made by contacting us via phone at 401-365-4632, email at [email protected], or through our website at rubinodetailing.com.
2. Drop-Off Time
Clients are expected to drop off their vehicles at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in delays, and we reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.
If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
3. Location for Drop-Off
Vehicles should be dropped off at our facility located at 147 Snake Hill Road, North Scituate, RI 02857. Please use the designated parking area and ensure your vehicle is safely dropped off and keys are handed to a team member or specific drop off instructions are followed before leaving the premises.
4. Vehicle Inspection
Upon drop-off, a preliminary inspection of the vehicle will be conducted by our team. We will document any pre-existing conditions such as scratches, dents, or other damages. This is to ensure clarity on the condition of the vehicle prior to our servicesClients are encouraged to point out any specific areas of concern or special instructions during this inspection.
5. Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to drop-off. Rubino Auto Detailing is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items left in the vehicle.
6. Vehicle Keys
Ensure you provide a working set of keys for your vehicle. These will be securely stored in our facility during the detailing process.
7. Estimated Completion Time
An estimated completion time will be provided upon drop-off. While we strive to meet this estimate, some factors may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to the timeline.
8. Pick-Up arrangement
Clients will be notified when their vehicle is ready for pick-up. We ask that vehicles be picked up within two hours of notification unless prior arrangements have been made.
9. Payment
Payment is due upon pick-up. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Please be prepared to settle the invoice before retrieving your vehicle.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
11. Liability
Rubino Auto Detailing will take every precaution to protect your vehicle during its time in our care. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, vandalism, or pre-existing conditions.
